By using PDFPuddle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Free service

PDFPuddle is provided free of charge with no daily caps, no signup, and no advertising. We make no commercial revenue from your use of the service.

No warranty

PDFPuddle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we have built the tools to be reliable and have tested them extensively, we cannot guarantee that every PDF in every browser will process flawlessly. Always keep a copy of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFPuddle and its operators are not liable for any damages, lost data, or business losses arising from use of the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PDFPuddle to process content that is illegal, infringes copyright you do not own, or that you do not have the right to modify.

Intellectual property

The PDFPuddle name, branding, and source code are the property of PDFPuddle. The PDF files you process remain entirely your own — we never receive copies of them.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
